What are Lean Briqs?
Every year, millions of tons of agricultural waste are generated. These are either non-used or burnt inefficiently in their loose form causing air pollution. These wastes can provide a renewable source of energy by converting into high-density fuel briquettes without the addition of any binder.
Lean Energy Solutions converts this loose biomass into compact, high density, and low volume lumps by mechanical compression called Lean Briqs. The Lean Briqs is a ready substitute for coal/wood in industrial boilers and brick kilns for thermal applications.
